The medical project of the Bordeaux-Merignac Sport Clinic in 10 points :

1. Accompany the hyper-specialization strategy in osteo-articular surgery. Each of our practitioners is specialized in the diseases of a particular joint.
   • Since 2017, three new orthopedic surgeons practice at the Bordeaux-Merignac Sport Clinic : Drs Christian Peyraud, Franck Thanas and Loïc Villet
2. Strengthen the management of degenerative and osteoarthritic diseases (prostheses)
   • The clinic supports the project to create the Bordeaux-Merignac Arthritis Center (opening 2019)
3. Support research
   • The Bordeaux-Merignac Sport Clinic supports the research program on new therapies for osteoarthritis based on autologous stem cells (click here to find out more)
4. Maintain a state-of-the-art technical plateau
5. Optimize the management of outpatient care and strengthen its status as a center of excellence
6. Ensure the continuity of the patient’s overall care throughout his care course
7. Develop and promote the concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS)
8. Optimize the quality of life and safety at work of our teams
9. Accelerate our sustainable development approach
10. Participate with the medical team in the evaluation, teaching and dissemination of our practices
