- Take a shower the day before and in the morning with the antiseptic solution (Betadine Scrub or Hibiscrub) starting with the hair.
- Brush your teeth.
- Provide ample, clean outfit and practical and comfortable shoes.
- Provide linen and toiletries.
AFTER YOUR STAY
The main objective of the CLIN (Committee for the Control of Nosocomial Infections) is to reduce surgical site infections contracted after a surgical or invasive procedure, it is therefore essential to inform us either directly or through your doctor any infection or suspicion of infection that occurs within 30 days after the procedure and that may be linked to the act performed.
TREATMENT OF YOUR PAIN IS A PRIORITY
YOU FEEL PAIN ? Talk about it ! Do not let the pain settle down
Not everyone reacts in the same way :
- Participate in the assessment of your pain is essential.
- Express the intensity of your pain using a numeric scale from 0 to 10 or a ruler presented to you by the healthcare team.
IMPORTANT
After your exit, when you return home, scrupulously comply with the prescription of painkillers and do not wait to have trouble to take them
